| In today’s highly competitive and rapidly changing business environment, companies want to survive or flourish, we must make full use of their own ability to innovate work. Improve the ability to innovate, especially in the retail industry( individual and organizational success depends on providing customers with innovative and effective solutions), companies can make long-term competitive advantage. Some previous studies have pointed out that the leader of the subordinate creativity, emotional intelligence has a positive influence, but have ignored the employee’s emotional intelligence on its creativity. This paper attempts to open creativity intermediary role between the sales staff in emotional intelligence and job performance of the black box.In this study, conceived the idea of a conceptual model of the main points to consider :(1) According to Wong and Law(2002) based on the development of Chinese culture scene Emotional Intelligence Scale, combined purpose of this project will be divided into self-assessment of emotional intelligence, others to assess emotional use emotion regulation in four dimensions.(2)According to the staff of emotional intelligence→individual capacity characteristics→job performance of this logic, creativity, this novel variable selection as a sales staff of emotional intelligence and job performance of mediating variables in the sales staff to explore creativity and emotional intelligence job Performance of intermediary role.In recent years, many foreign experts believe that emotional intelligence staff is to explain the new entry point for their job performance. In this study, emotional intelligence as the core, designed to investigate the impact of the sales staff of emotional intelligence on individual job performance, and the introduction of creativity in this variable, explaining its intermediary role in influencing the path played. Based on the results of previous studies of emotional intelligence to sort, summarize, summarize, review proposed research model and theoretical assumptions, the results confirmed the hypothesis part and got the following conclusions :(1)Employees of the four dimensions of emotional intelligence-self-assessment, the assessment of others, emotional regulation and emotional use are varying degrees of positive effect on job performance.(2) the employee’s self-assessment, the assessment of others, emotional regulation and emotional ability to use both on the existence of a significant positive effect on creativity.(3) the creativity of employees working on the two dimensions of personal performance-a task performance and contextual performance, there were significant positive effect.(4) creativity played a partial mediating role in the influence of emotional intelligence in the path of job performance.(5) Sales employee personal property will produce different effects on emotional intelligence and individual job performance, showing differences.Finally, based on the findings of the sales-oriented enterprises to improve their job performance and then get improve overall organizational performance management put forward several suggestions. The main recommendations include: adding(1) Human resources planning Emotional Intelligence program,(2) recruitment and selection of employees in mining for emotional intelligence,(3) the inclusion of emotional intelligence training and development content,(4) the development of emotional intelligence in the performance evaluation goals,(5) pay attention to emotional design resource consumption,(6) innovation incentives and incentives to stimulate the creativity of employees. |
