The Research On The Ruins Of Han Chang’an City District Industry Present Development Situation And Strategy

How to balance the relationship between site protection and regional economic development has drawn much attention. The contradiction between conservation and development in Han Chang’an City site are very obvious. Cultural tourism as a national strong demand in emerging sunrise industry which promotes greatly economic development. Cluster development is an effective means to improve regional competitiveness, therefore, on the road of exploring the Han Chang’an City site protection and regional economic development are double-win, this article focus on researching development of Han Chang’an City site of cultural tourism industry cluster.In this paper, it is on foundation of contradiction in Site Protection and Regional Development and the demand of the market and the national cultural tourism, on the basis of combing the relevant researches to explain and interpret the cultural tourism industry cluster concepts and theories. With ArcGIS to describe the status of the Han Chang’an City site in industry and tourism resource distribution and analyze the problems of industrial development. The paper analyze the deficiency of the cultural tourism development after analyzing the qualitative and quantitative sites of cultural tourism market demand. From easing the contradiction, establishing brand and improving the competitiveness to analyze the necessity of the site development of industrial clusters. According to theoretical models of diamonds to elaborate feasibility of ruins development of industrial clusters from resource endowments, market demand, business support, government and opportunities etc. Based on the above analysis of the relevant theory and the adequate study area, this paper focuses on building Han Chang’an City site cultural tourism industry cluster from the three aspects.First, using the Growth Pole theory and combining with cases of the Han Chang’an City site protection and the number of visitors to sites of interest to treat Wei yang, Chang Le sites, lakes and Chang Le Wei Yang theme restaurants and other large enterprises as the growth of industrial clusters pole. Second, revolving round the consumer’s walking, eating, housing, traveling, entertaining, shopping to build cultural tourism industry chain. Finally, according to the organizational structure of the theory of industrial clusters and the distribution of tourism resources in the site area to build a network layer structure of industrial clusters. According to the site protection, government guidance, cluster innovation to propose the development measures of industrial clusters. In this study has important significance in large industrial site protection and reasonable utilization to promote the sustainable development of great sites of cultural tourism industry and the social economic development in large site area.
