Ecological Self is the core of Naess’ Deep Ecological wisdom,by analyzing the root causes of Ecological Self in psychology and ecology,this paper points out that Ecological Self as science self defects,West ethics dichotomy insurmountable gap between facts and values,this defect can not be solved doomed regarding environmental ethics and holism intrinsic value and other aspects of life arguments and the actual operation.And Confucianism represents the mainstream consciousness Chinese theory of virtue ethics,and combined with the current era revisit tradition to give a new interpretation of the Value of the ecological movement of great help to establish consensus on the development of Chinese localization of environmental ethics.Confucian school of Heaven is monistic holism thinking. The view of the ‘Unity of Heaven and Man’,‘preserving mental constitution and nourishing nature’ and ‘Universal love’ in Confucian has the possibility realm of whole self.This ‘heart’ of Ecological Self is the universal ‘mind’,and this ‘nature’ of it is the all things of ‘nature’,and ‘all things on earth is the heart of universe’,then man ‘make the mind of heaven and earth and all things of heart itself’,so it can losing boundaries of Self,realizing ‘universal love’ and the ecological harmony world of transcend of ego.Emphasis realm of life,to promote a return to the moral life of self-restraint,in order to save the planet and humanity to achieve their goals.The Confucian Heaven realm and Ecological Self together,will has some inspiration and meaning on construction of ecological civilization.
