Bearing is not just a natural physical phenomenon and natural behavior.It is the mostimportant common social phenomenon and social behavior.Some special populations,such as illegitimate, condemned, homosexuals and intellectual disabilities people, they aretalking about whether they should have children. In order to study the bearing right issuesof special populations, we will know what is bearing, what is the nature of bearingright.And which kind of right do the bearing right belongs toļ¼ŒStatus right or personalityright? And then we can analysis the special groups of bearing right. And then we cananalysis the bearing right of the special groups.First of all, I introduce the concept of bearing, and then analyze the definition ofbearing right of some scholars, compare the differences and similarities among thedefinitions, and then present the unique concept of bearing right. My bearing right theoryincludes two parts. All individuals within the law and under the conditions of social ethics,they are free to choose whether to give birth, when they give birth, how they give birth.Secondly, I introduce the effects of artificial assisted reproductive technology causedto the reproductive rights of special people.Finally, the author study the bearing rights issues of unmarried person, condemned,homosexuals and mentally disabled.This paper argues that unmarried people, death row inmates, homosexuals andintellectual disabilities have reproductive rights. But on the one hand, assistedreproductive technology is not mature. On the other hand, it is in conflict with the law andthe reality, Besides, given the capacity of the special groups to fulfill their obligations toraise children and the common good of improving population quality, its implementationis limited by certain conditions.
