Mengcun county,the full name is Mengcun islamic Autonomous Region, is a small county located in the southeast of Cangzhou Prefecture. The county has four towns two townships, with the population of 189,000, which is a mixed population of Hui and Han Chinese land. According to "Atlas of the Chinese language",it was classified into huang yue district ".But according to "The dialect Note of Hebei note "Mengcun has been grouped into Ji Lu official language of Cangzhou district. Mengcun. Is adjacent to Shandong province and Tianjin city,but its pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar are really different and of which the most distinctive feature is its tone,.The diffence from mandarin lies in three tones, namely, IA 213, rising tone 55, falling tone 42. On this basis, the sandhi of the three tones in Mengcun dialect makes it really complicated. This paper mainly describes the sandhi of Mengcun dialect.Based on the comparison with the mandarin and actual investigation, this paper describes the Mengcun Syllable and on the basis of which it gave the in-depth description of the situation Mengcun sandhi words.The specific methods of operation are:First, based on "Dialect Character Table" (Commercial Press,2007) it sorted out the phonetic system of Mengcun to determine its tone. Secondly, according to Zhan Bohui’s the "Survey of Chinese dialects and dialects," it conducted the tone sandhi field investigations and on this basis, show the necessary complementary color words with the dialect. Again, the investigation grouped the vocabulary words into two groups, namely two-word group and three-word group. Two-word group was classified by three angles namely:the non-light and non-overlapping, overlapping and sound softly. As for the three word group, first, in accordance with the grammatical structure we got two types, namely:a+(b+c) and (a+b)+c and then describe it from two perspectives respectively according to the rule of following the law of the tone and not following the laws of disyllabic tone. Finally, to summarize Mengcun the characteristics and causes of tone sandhi according to the material collected. And the specific arrangements of the sections are as follows:in chapter one it describes Mengcun voice system, and in chapter two it describes the Mengcun tone of the two-word groups, it describes the two-word group of the tone from three aspecs: the non-neutral tone, non-overlapping sound, softly, Permian three-word groups describing the tone Mengcun situation, and then summarize the two-word groups of the confluence of the Tones of the situation and the law. In chapter three it describes tone of the three-word group of mengcun dialect. according to grammatical structure the three-word group is divided into two types:a+(b+c) and (a+b)+c, then to describe the three-word group according to two aspects of soft-and non-soft-word description both following rules and do not following the tone set of word groups tone group combination law of words.In Chapter four,Compared the Tone Sandhi of Mengcun Dialect with Laoling of shandong. In Chapter five, it summarizes the laws of Tone Sandhi of Mengcun words.
