China is currently in the primary stage of economic transition. To deepen China’s economic reform and development, lots of advanced management books have been introduced to improve managers’ management capacity. Translation of management materials is of great significance to popularize new management theories and methods. However, few researches and studies have been conducted on management material translation. Manager 3.0 is one of the latest management books introduced by Publishing House of Electronic Industry. Due to the fact that its target readers are millennial, this book provides new management techniques and helps millennial managers enhance their unique talents while developing an effective leadership style all by their own. Taken translation project of Manager 3.0 as a case study, this report analyses the source text’s text features, collects parallel texts and conducts researches on previous management material translation. From the perspective of translation strategies, this report focuses on how to apply translation strategies of domestication and foreignization to solve translation problems of management neologism and idioms in the book. And this report comes to the conclusion that foreignization should be the priority translation strategy, and domestication strategy as the supplement translation strategy.
