There are two major source of imagery.One is hinese classical imagery which understansd the world by heart,holds thing tospeech will,grasp the truth by researching images to pursuit the uniform of time and space.The other one is western modern image which originate from the psychology vocabulary’image’and advocate to replace the emotional catharsis by the performance of the image to emphasize emotional form.Nowadays,the imagery in the aesthetic and creationis more like an unit inte combination of China and West.Not only do we need to describe’the form of emotion’vividly and accurately,but we also can not make it alone. The form of emotion need to connect with the charaterrization of culture to reflct the inside necessity which is similar to the connotation of the traditional cultural. From the morphological structure, imagery can be divided into the prototype object,perceptive object and object. The relationship between generation is prototype to perception to character.The inside requirement make the charcter return to the prototype,so the imagery generation should be a cycle begin with prototype.Aiming at return while from regional culture image,at the same time,it having the attributes of aesthetic creation,make it easy to be accepted without bore and can make people remembering the national primitive image in soul wether it is conscious or not.Art is not a direct emotional catharsis,but should be a manifestation of mind.The mind or spirit form its nature,is not directly expressed.It needs the help of images created by art.Because the object which is being presenting can not be expressed,so more specific description,will be farer with its essence.However,too much abstract description make it only lefting skeleton without flesh and blood.Therefore,only he performance of imagery can make it fit the original meaning of the spirit in maximum.Animaion,as an image communication art which has high degree of freedom,should not only pushing the truth brought by image,but should awaken people to return to the truth by its ’not real’body.The modern significance animation is not meaning dynamic painting,but should be called the generalized dynamic image into which literature,music and other arts categories can be integrated. In the "imitation" obliterate "real" era, animation should carry the historical responsibility, return the nature of art, to arouse people’s perception of reality and the desire for literacy. Based on this purpose, imagery thinking is very suitable.Imagery attacking imitation,preventing real digestion by the experience of imagery,to replace unsigning paly by returning traditional aesthetic.Therefore,thinking the imagery as the animation creation view is a reflection on odernity.To the need of modern art China occurrence is realistic, and beginning to show the urgent attention to Chinese reality; but its development is obviously out of from the introduction of Western art, it is difficult to get rid of the imitation impression. Due to its characteristics of quick, make to embody modern western art spirit level is not deep. Even if the individual creators with its keen perception of angles exhibit some mental images, but more is in the form of witty reference tasted means. In the binary opposition between the two Chinese context of modern art, China image animation creation is dilemma, in a free state. The creation is not a lack of form, not the lack of imagination, lack is the starting point and the destination image generation in the way that a lack of understanding, and return to the prototype object prototype image. Therefore China image animation should be based on the "focus on the present", and finally "return to the classical".
