Although Korean and Chinese are different languages, in terms of complex grammatical system, there is still a certain link between them. In this paper, the complex sentence of Korean purpose relations and Chinese purpose relations complex sentences as research subjects, and the semantics, syntax and their corresponding manifestations as a starting point, in order to find out the similarities and differences between Korean and Chinese. I hope that results of this study can give a little help for Korean and Chinese learning, lexicography and translation works.This paper, according to synchronic research methods, literature research and analysis methods, inductive method of comparison, and static description and dynamic analysis methods, has used semantics, syntactics and other related theories, and used contrastive linguistics and Korean and Chinese comparison methodology to compare and analyze the semantic features, syntactic features and differences of Korean and Chinese purpose relations complex sentences, and the statistics compiled a corresponding performance between the two.Chapter 1st is the introduction. This chapter introduces the research purpose, advance research, research scope and methodology of this paper as well as on the corpus used herein for the relevant instructions.Chapter 2nd is semantic feature comparison. The purpose of this chapter is to compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the purpose relationship of the Korean and Chinese complex sentences mainly from the classification. Korean purpose relations complex sentences can follow the connection suffix of only purpose significance, and the purpose and intent significance to be classified, while Chinese purpose relationship complex sentences are classified from positive and negative meaning.Chapter 3rd is syntactic features comparison. This chapter mainly studies the restricting of sentence structure, sentence elements (subject and predicate) and grammatical elements (tense, mood and negative sentences), so as to find out the similarities and differences between the purpose relationship of the Korean and Chinese complex sentences.Chapter 4th is correspondence relationship. The main purpose of this chapter analyzes the relationship between Korean correspondences between complex sentences in Chinese as well as the purpose of the relationship between the Chinese complex sentences in Korean in correspondence.Chapter 5th is conclusions section. This chapter is about the contents of this paper are to organize, clarify the significance of this study, research value and innovation, and pointed out the shortcomings of this article.All in all, based on the collection of large amounts of data, combined with theoretical knowledge, this paper compares and analyzes related issues of the purpose relations of the Korean and Chinese complex sentences, and reveals the similarities and differences between the two. In addition to, I hope this research can enrich the theoretical of the purpose relationship of the Korean and Chinese complex sentences.
