The Guqin Music Activation Mode Study Of Mood Relaxed Brain (EEG,ERP)

With the improvement of living quality, people pay more and more attention to theirhealth, health service has become the strategic emerging industry, more and method toadjust mood by music therapy to improve the physical and mental disorder of themore popular. Currently used in music therapy in the treatment of music mostly inwestern music, China started late in music therapy, but quickly development, inurgent need of indigenous music for its treatment of filling system theory. Representsthe essence of Chinese traditional culture has the role of self-cultivation of the Guqinmusic attention, but the domestic studies on the Guqin music therapy to the theory oftraditional Chinese medicine, the regulation mechanism of the lack of scientific test.The research by EEG and ERP two kinds of brain activation patterns of thecombination of research, to the Guqin music for the stimulation to induce emotionswith the corresponding EEG data obtained as the analysis basis, and search for thelaws and characteristics of Guqin music activation patterns on a relaxed mood of thebrain.In this study, the subjects were divided into professional group, western musicfolk music and non music professional group of three groups, first with negativemusic evoked standardized assessment subjects after negative emotions, then play asegment of Guqin music, subjects were asked to evaluate the current state of the selfemotion.Through the analysis of EEG data found:1. all of the participants in the evaluation after the start,400ms to1000ms betweenthe frontal region to the central posterior brain activity appeared in the late positivecomponent of the slow wave (late positive potential, LPP). To illustrate the Guqinmusic can cause all participants into emotional reaction.2. after hearing the Guqin music was test titer of the negative pictures and neutralpictures and wake up with no significant difference of assessment results, illustratethe Guqin music on all subjects mood have played a positive role.3. the Guqin music for the professional group of non music professional subjectsand folk music group was tested significantly, especially for the music professionalsubjects, regulate their negative emotions tend to be more active.4.the Guqin music may have a different mechanism for non music group and themusic group.5. there are significant differences between the professional group of western musicsubjects evaluation results for the negative pictures and neutral pictures of the assessment results, that is to say, music preference may be the result of the experimentplays an important role.
