In paintings, perception is regarded as the emotional on the outside, while reason isregarded as the thinking inner. The artist’s personality, emotion and mode of thinking of thesoul decided whether his work is Perceptual or rational. And there becoming two styles: theexternal performance art and the inner thinking art. The process of art creation is acombination of reason and perception. Perceptual creation and rational thinking will alwaysaccompany around the artist. Rational thinking includes the artist’s experience and the theory.They outline the basic form and tonal in mind, then build up the solid body of the works.Perceptual creation reconciles the artist’s passion and emotions, and then makes his workcovered with bright and clean skin. Rational connects body and heart. Emotions control thespirit. Artists unleash feelings on the canvas fervidly but rationally.
