Correlation Between Traitanxiety Status And Insecurity Psychology Of Miners

Mine workers as a special occupational group, with low levels of education,the more difficult families, low vocational skills and other characteristics,combined with the harsh environment of coal mine work, work intensity, morehidden dangers, which causes mental health of mine workers far lower thanother industry groups. In recent years, China’s coal industry into the cold end ofthe golden period, coal prices led to a significant decline in China’s coal industrycontinues to cut. Coal enterprise efficiency directly affects the lives of workers,the development of coal industry ups and downs, when coal mine accidents haveoccurred, the miners had to work at a high intensity in the environment due toexternal factors that stimulate and inspire more likely psychological anxiety.Research shows that long duration, the degree of deep anxiety brings negativeemotions cause mental fluctuations. With further study of coal mine productionsafety, the researchers are not confined to security management, field securityact, but will look to the field of psychology. Psychology, believes that all humanbehavior is influenced by psychological domination, behavior is the externalmanifestation of mental activity. Thus, coal miners anxiety is likely to affect itsbehavior by mental activity, poor mental activity will affect the safety of coalproduction.According to research psychological trait anxiety and insecurity of theminers, the authors have developed a miner trait anxiety and insecurity psychological questionnaire. A person’s inherent factor, potential affects theirpsychological health level. In this paper，by using questionnaire survey,218coalmine workers in large coal mine group of Shanxi Province were investigated forthe situation of trait anxiety and insecurity psychology. The data was analyzedthrough SPSS19.0.The content of statistical methods involved single factoranalysis of variance and correlation analysis. The results showed that age, lengthof service, kinds of work, working time/day have significant influence on traitanxiety level of coal mine workers （p＜0.01）.Psychological paralysis,antagonistic psychology, helplessness on security and temporary psychology aresignificantly related to miner’s trait anxiety levels（p＜0.01）. There was asignificant negative correlation between miner’s trait anxiety levels andinsecurity psychology. The miner’s trait anxiety levels and insecurity psychologyinfluence on each other.The results show that the combination of personal qualities, targetedexercise, improve psychological quality, reduce trait anxiety levels, effectivecontrol of its impact on the psychological insecurity, in order to meet safetyspecifications, safety production.
