Study On "Commissives" Speech Act Of<Only You>

1960s, along with the Linguistic Turn of philosophers, the study of speech act is gradually been taken seriously. Western scholars, Austin and Searle first launched about the discussion of speech act theory, then scholars from various countries began to explore and improve it respectively, and there bagan to appear illocutionary act from different dimensional analysis under the theoretical framework of Searle. In this paper, I collected the former100career program of <only you> on Tianjin TV from10,2010as the main source corpus, counting and analyzing "commissives" speech act occurred in the program, and finally I collected "commissives" speech act of199examples from job hunters and1194examples form Boss. Hiring act with the from of interview has some limits, and the limit just highlight the important action of correct use of expression and speech act from both sides. The order of the paper is not only to provide appropriate guidance for job hunters, but also summarize the commissives that Boss should use to complete talents and improve the success rate of job search activities. Therefore, the paper focuses on language and social factors which can influence the percutionary act of commissives, in older to help recruitment sides to select appropriate means of auxiliary in daily communication.On the content arrangement, the first chapter mainly summarizes speech act theory, introduces the related theoretical background, summarizes the domestic scholars’ various perspectives of "commissives" speech act; on the basis of speech act theory research, the second chapter relate the definition of commissives speech act and compared with relatively speech acts by examples, at the same time sketch the structure of commissives to lead to the below analysis and description about relevant auxiliary language; From the perspective of language factors, the third chapter analizes factors of percutionary act by using quantitative statistics and comparative analysis or others, and I give practical guidance summary behind each measure; From the perspective of social factors, the forth chapter analizes social factors appeared in the program, Resolve gender, economic level factors in the use of speech acts committed class number, expression and percutionary act; I give a summary to the full text and point out the innovation and shortage of the article in the concluding section.
