In recent decades, along with our country more and more attention on work and family interface,many scholars in the interface had a series of research, and obtained a lot of important theoretical and practical significance research. On the basis of previous studies, this paper select dual-earner couples as the research object and selecte work centrality as the dependent variable, and combining with China’s actual situation, discusses the relationship between work centrality and marriage burnout, and further explores the effect of workâ†'family conflict as a mediating role between work centrality and marriage burnout.At the same time, the effect of work centrality of marriage burnout was investigated whether there exists asymmetry cross effect between husband and wife,and how this effect works.This study used questionnaire,150pairs of dual-earner couples take part in the pairing investigation, through the analysis conclusion is as follows:(1) work centrality can positively predict marriage burnout level.(2) work centrality indirectly through the workâ†'family conflict affect individual marriage burnout, workâ†'family conflict completely mediated the relationship between work centrality and marriage burnout.(3) In dual-earner couples family, the influence of individual work centrality to marriage burnout exists asymmetrical cross effect, and the cross effect play a role through the work and family conflict. Specifically, that is, husband’s work centrality through the workâ†'family conflict affect wife’s marriage burnout, but wife’s work centrality can’t affect husband’s marriage burnout through the workâ†'family conflict.
