Southern Song Dynasty getting changed from1127the Event of JingKang to thecliff mountain naval warfare ended in1279, which altogether lasted153years. Duringthis period, the nation is precarious and turbulent. Literature is the record for this periodof history. But most scholars more weight is given to the Northern Song Dynasty. Whenthey are studying the Southern Song Dynasty, nonetheless most researchers oftenfocused their attention on other masters of the time, like the Four Greatest Poets in theRevival and Xin Qiji. Few studies focused on the others. Han Yuanji and Han Biao,father and son, went through98years successively in the Southern Song Dynasty, andwitnessed the trajectory of more than half of this dynasty. They belonged to TongMuHan’s family, which was famous for its mastery of politics and literature and was apretty influential family at that time. This article aims at discussing Han Yuanji’s andHan Biao’s life stories, friends and analyzing their poetry and Ci poems in detail. Inorder to under the big background has a further and better understanding of their works.The main research significance lies in studying the creation of family and friends of theSouthern Song Dynasty literati responsory, poetry style to provide certain reference,provide exemplary role for similar research, provide some instructions for subsequentresearch.There are four chapters in this article. Chapter One focused on sorting historicaland humanistic environment, including frist—introduction of TongMu Han’s family ofSong Dynasty, which is the home environment of Han Yuanji and Han Biao. Thenprominent family education and the influence of cultural inheritance for them;secend—introduction of the era background, highlighting the impact of JingkangIncident on literati and life predicament; third—introduction of the father’s and theson’s life experiences, including their life stories and friends, to illustrate the influenceof humanistic environments on their works.Chapter Two discusses the existing and lost thoughts and works of Han Yuanji andHan Biao. The Han use Confucianism to regulate a family. Family tutoring in the"patriotic consciousness" and "consciousness deeply influenced Han Yuanji and HanBiao. But Han Biao and his father different. When the suffering country cannot achieve,his personality and the thought of it is more of a natural and pure and fresh and free his leisurely and broad-mindedness. Furthermore by consulting the chronicle of their lives,the author investigates their writing trajectory in detail and makes a general division intheir writing period, which is an innovation of this article and hopes to offer some helpto future study.Chapter three and Chapter four are main body of this article, focusing on theinvestigation of Han Yuanji’s and Han Biao’s poems based on the analysis in theprevious two Chapters. Chapter three discusses their composing of poems. Due to thevariety of the genre of their works, only three majorities—poems recalling antiquityand reciting feelings, poems about excursion, and lyric poems will be discussed in thisarticle. Although the theme is the same, but father and son to show different artisticfeatures. And multi-purpose in Han Biao’s poem lyrics to show a simple emotion. Inaddition, He change of Jiangxi poetry, in the poem of life closer to YongJia four spiritsand the Late Tang Dynasty Style. Chapter four discusses their composing of Ci poems,including Ci poems in response to friends, Ci poems on objects, and Ci poems on thesenior’s longevity. Han Yuanji makes every effort to the standard work in the Ci poems,show the collect inside dignified feeling. But Han Biao’s Ci, part performance of pureand fresh and elegant artistic conception, part remained uninhibited and natural andunrestrained style. In addition, the author sorts out the development and evolution of Cipoems on objects, Ci poems on the senior’s longevity in history of ancient Chineseliterature, which from another perspective illustrates that Han Yuanji and Han Biaoembody the changes in Ci circles in the Southern Song Dynasty.
