| Chinese living standard had become more and more higher along with their country’s fast economy development. Besides this, science and technology rapid progress penetrates into our lives, popularity of mobile networks introduce us a new era, Electronic devices, especially mobile terminals research makes the gradual emergence of various kinds of APP in people’s field of vision, APP applications and transactions showing a scene of prosperity and development. In the same way, there are various kinds of problems behind of the prosperity in domestic and foreign markets, such as the protection of intellectual property and infringement of APP user rights issue, this is the basic reason to select APP online transaction as a subject for my study.This paper is divided into five chapters, the introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance, research status; The first chapter focuses on the status quo APP online transactions. conduct a overview of status quo and development trend of online transactions; Chapter II, III, IV analyze and discuss the ethical responsibilities of buyer, seller and third-party in APP online transaction, discussing the APP seller and buyer associated advantages for constructing corresponding ethical rules, making a further research of the third-party definition. The last chapter makes a research of the problems occurred in the transactions and contrives to find out the corresponding countermeasures.The article on the ethical responsibilities of parties in the APP online transaction will study help online market parties to further improve their areas of ethics, revealing the importance of establishing ethical principles in the transaction process, meanwhile explained the other problems still exist in the market, indicating protection intellectual property rights and legitimate interests of the user not only has legitimacy, but also contribute on the health and prosperity of the whole online market. |
