It has experienced high-speed growth for more than thirty years of Chinese economy which rely on land and resources heavily. This pattern based on scale expansion is restricted by the rule of resources, environment and economic structure. Cultural and creative industry is high value-added industry with intelligence and knowledge, and its penetration radiating capacity can integrate technology, business, creativity, and culture to broaden the space of traditional industry.This article is guided by the theory of industrial relevance industrial structure. The data comes from statistical yearbook and input-output table. Methods adopted are the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis.Multiple angles is used to state research results of cultural and creative industry and industrial relevance. And the correlation of product, service, technology, price, employment, investment convergence between cultural and creative industry is also introduced in this article.The emphasis of this article is to calculate and analysis input-output structure, intermediate demand and input structure and spread effect. Grey correlation method is also used to analysis associative architecture,associative degree and its evolution tendency. Policy proposal about how to develop cultural and creative industry would be put forward at last.
