Research On Piano Accompaniment For Erhu Solo

Since from the20th century, an increasing number of composerscombine the Erhu with the pianos that are totally different Chinese andWestern instruments no matter in temperament or thought of playing,creating a large number of productions with the “milestone” style,which is deeply loved by people.First of all, this paper conducts carding on the history ofdevelopment piano accompaniment for Erhu solo and summarizes thefeatures of accompaniment in every stage. Then know the features ofpiano accompaniment for Erhu in modern and contemporary time fromthe perspectives of writing techniques and requirements forperformance, as well as analyze unique writing techniques andperformance skills. Moreover, discuss how to better play theaccompaniment well for Erhu solo.Five sections can be divided in this paper: preface, chapter one:overview of piano accompaniment for Erhu solo, chapter two: analysis onwriting techniques of piano accompaniment for Erhu solo, chapter three:piano performing in the accompaniment of Erhu solo, and conclusion.
