Yin Fu Ching is also called Huang Di Yin Fu Ching, for being written by Huang Di.(It is recognized that Yin Fu Ching is written by Huang Di.) Yin Fu Ching’s situation in the history is similar to Tao Te Ching. It is highly appreciated by a lot of scholars, most of whom gave explanatory notes to it. It is accounted that there are more than one hundred explanatory notes including different areas in the Chinese Philosophy. The quantities of explanatory notes about Yin Fu Ching are next to Tao Te Ching and The Holy Canon of Nanhua."Tao of Heaven"is an important conception in the Chinese Philosophy. Whatever the area in the Chinese Philosophy, the conception is the core one."Tao of Heaven" is the basis of Chinese Philosophy as a reasonable theory. The basic thought of Yin Fu Ching is about the relationship of the Heaven, Earth and people. According to the "Tao of Heaven", we can get the rules for the country (how to organize the people) and the war (how to win).All the thoughts and rules that we can get from Yin Fu Ching is from the basis of "Tao of Heaven". As the meanings of "Tao of Heaven" are different from time to time, so it is important for us to know the developing meanings as the time changes. It is also necessary for us to study the Yin Fu Ching. After knowing the meanings of "Tao of Heaven", we can understand the rules for the country well.In this article, I study the Yin Fu Ching itself from its explanatory notes to the appearance time. Comparing to the classics that are connected to it and also are previous. We have the conclusion ideas about the "Tao of Heaven" in the Yin Fu Ching. Then we’ll know the ideas about how to rule the country in the Yin Fu Ching. Through the whole process of the study and aspect of the study, we’ll have the further study of the Yin Fu Ching.
