From The Perspective Of Metaphor Interpretation Of "The Book Of Songs"

Therefore, in the "book of songs" as the corpus, from the perspective of cognitive linguistics, combined with the theory of conceptual metaphor, through the interpretation and appreciation of different perspectives that "book of songs" the system of conceptual metaphor theory of cognitive linguistics, is a new attempt in the "book of songs" reading level. "Conceptual metaphor" this theory was first proposed by the American linguist George Lakoff and Mark Johnsen, this paper follows the theoretical analysis of their opinions, "book of songs" in metaphor, by Siwon and target domain, which refines the cultural connotation, tries to a common metaphor in pre Qin culture. It is also confirmed that the metaphor is not only can be summed up in the form of language, is a human cognitive thinking method widely available. Through the Siwon domain analysis one by one, to show the change of metaphor. The fourth chapter describes the book of songs "," the origin of metaphor, from three aspects, 1 metaphor has the ability to generate new meaning; 2 vehicle tenor between similar experience, caused by migration; 3 language polysemy created a metaphor, integrated thinking forms of metaphor and metonymy. The fifth chapter, is the conclusion of this paper, reveals the "book of songs" a metaphor expression system of conceptual metaphors, verify the cognitive metaphor. Namely: most abstract thinking is metaphorical. This is a meaningful attempt in cognitive linguistics and the "book of songs" within the framework, hoping to provide a new perspective for the study of literature.
