Anderson’s unique writing style is also connected with his Introverted Personality. Xu Tiaofu criticized that “Anderson’s Fairy Tales” does “not meet the spirit of the time”, he thought that “Anderson’s Fairy Tales” is lack of “ aggressiveness”, “lack of view of life”, this kind of criticism is actually a misunderstanding out of the limit of its time, In the second chapter, I analysed some stories in “Anderson’s Fairy Tales”, I think it shows a dialectical relationship between the strong and the weak in a romantic way, in those stories, Anderson tried to explain the nature of female, express the relationship between human and nature, these are valuable ideas beyond its own time. “Anderson’s Fairy Tales” shows the weak interaction between human and nature, it creates a harmonic lively fairyland with fairy tales, this kind of literature has weak effect on readers, the action mode of this effect is weak, but the effect is strong.In the last chapter I talked about the “weak effect”, introspect the time spirit of modern civilization, we realize that these “strong” concept like industry, reason and aggressiveness are oppressing literature and nature, we also aware that let literature’s weak effect play a role is actually let the weak save themselves. This thesis illustrated the action mode of literature’s weak effect, along with its results. It also talked about literature’s position of the returning of nature. Literature has a root of nature, in this ecological time we need literature to participate, the week effect of literature is actually the calling of nature.
