A Comparative Study On The Song Dynasty And XiXia Funeral Documents

In the process of dealing with the funeral, buried behavior and so on activities, it can produce some written records. These words are used to express the families and friends of the deceased’s feelings or reflect certain etiquette in the process of funeral, called the funeral instrument. On the basis of KaiBaoTongLi and ZhengHeWuLiXinYi issued by the Song dynasty ruling class,Sima Guang’s book SiMaShi ShuYi, Zhu Xi’s ZhuZiJiaLi and so on the official and private etiquette books. We can be roughly summed up several kinds of funeral instrument in the whole process of funeral activities. According to the time order, they are in turn ghost deed, evocation flag, obituary or sad letter. MingJing, epitaph eulogy, behavior looks, elegiac couplet, tragic melody, inscription writing and wish the articles. The study of all kinds of funeral instrument closely related to their historical records and archaeological finds, so the research actualities of hard to avoid is uneven. Among them, there are a lot of materials such as ghost deed, epitaph eulogy, inscription writing,etc. Also more fully to their study, other documents research are obvious deficiencies. Our study is based on a comparative study on the scientific method, exploration of funeral instrument used by people in the Song dynasty and XiXia, from the aspects such as type, format and its inherent cultural implication shall be introduced and analyzed. And I will try my best to make a system arrangement and research to the funeral instrument.This thesis consists of four parts:introduction, text,remaining problems and appendix.Introduction:in this part, the author mainly make introduction to the research content of this article. What define the scope of the present study is to determine the stable standard for the material selection and application in the process of writing. Coordinating the research status of various kinds of funeral instrument, is In order to clear the mature point and weakness in its research. Clarifying the research significance of funeral instrument, the purpose is to further illustrate the necessity of research value. Finally, the research method is introduced in this paper, and this is to illustrate the conclusion is scientific. This article can be done smoothly is relying on appropriate material and scientific and rigorous method.The body part is divided into two chapters.The first chapter is the arrangement of the funeral instruments in Song dynasty and XiXia. According to their order, we combine the song dynasty and Xixia respectively. We have the longitudinal grasp on the different stages of funeral instrument, and the purpose is to clarify the development process. In addition, we have summed up all kinds of funeral instrument saved the situation to understand the whole situation and present the research scope clearly.The second chapter is the study of the Song dynasty and XiXia funeral instrument with the comparative method. First of all, we have analyzed the Song dynasty and XiXia funeral instrument category; the second is the inheritance relationship from the text format of reference and comparison between the Song dynasty and XiXia; The last, what we analysis and explore of the deep cultural implication behind the documents is used to indicate the the similarities and differences between religion and traditional cultural psychology in the Song dynasty and XiXia. And, in the process of combing document format, if not found some document material at that time, we would draw lessons from other periods of typical materials in order to make it perfect. This is based on having mastered some clerical origin development situation the bold attempt.The problem remaining part:the author summarize the problems existing in the process of writing and analyze the existing problems in this project after the research on the Song dynasty and XiXia funeral instrument. So that, we provide a reference for other researchers, and make the research of the subject satisfactory.The appendix part is the pictures unearthed found used in the article and the chart related to content of text. There are two purposes of this arrangement:one is that not destroy the logical sequences of writing and reading, providing convenience for the related content of annotation; the other is that provides intuitive material for the research of other researchers, helpful to use.
