| In order to explore risk assessment, the overall characteristics and influencing factors of peisoners re-offending,three studies are designed from explicit and implicit level: Based on a large number of literature review at home and aborad,combined with an open-ended questionnaire survey and case interviews,the prisoners re-offending risk assessment scale theory is constrected in the first study, and form a the higher the reliability and validity "inmates re-offending risk assessment scale,combined with Chinese culture and the situation of prison. " The second study used "inmates re-offending risk assessment scale. ", "inmates Social Adjustment Scale " and "self-control questionnaire" as tools, 532 prisoners from two prison in Fujian province are investigated to explore the relationship between the risk of inmates re-offending, social adaptation and self-control. The third study applied the Single Class Implicit Association Test to explore the effect of implicit attitudes of inmates re-offending, and to explore the relationship between it and the risk of re-offending. In this study, the result suggests as follows:(1) "Inmates re-offending risk assessment scale" includes five dimensions, that is: bad personality traits, lack of social support, poor family environment, social maladjustment and early bad behavior. The scale is reliable and valid and the index of fit is good.(2) Inmates re-offending risk, social adaptation and self-control has its own characteristics, and are influenced by educational level, family economy, sentence, prison number and other demographic variables(3) There was significantly negative correlation between prisoners re-offending risk and social adaptation.between prisoners re-offending risk and self-control and significantly positive correlation between prisoners re-offending risk and self-control. Prisoners social adaptation and self-control have a certain predictive power.Inmates self-control plays some role in the mediation the relationship of between social adaptation and recidivism risk.(4) Recidivism attitude of prisoners is positive,and the implicit effect of the recidivism attitude is significant. There is significantly positive correlation between re-offending risk and implicit recidivism attitude. |
