Since 2000, the rise of film and TV drama remakes became a remarkable phenomenon. Due to its low risk of investment, high returns, effectiveness in branding, and simple and effortless promotion, the remaking of old movies and television series remains in popularity among actors and movie-makers today. Despite its exceptional booming, opinions among scholars, film makers and audiences are divergent; as some believe the remakes are simply the choice of the generation, whereas others consider them the profanation of the timeless classics.Even being not a newly developed concept – nevertheless in China today – hit movies are so rapidly and frequently turned into TV dramas and popular TV shows are so likely to become the basis for feature films that soon after the success of one in the cinema(or on TV), its counterpart on TV(or in the cinema) starts to emerge. A good instance for this would be the 2015 Chinese soap opera “My Sunshine”, as its very first episode was broadcasted on 10 th Jan 2015, its feature film was scheduled to air exactly in May of the same year – leaving only 4 months in between, which happens to be the shortest time gap between two related publications at the time of this thesis. Although yielding high social and economic benefits in a relatively short period of time, nonetheless in the long run, the remaking of movies and television series makes little or no contribution to the growth and development of Chinese TV and movie industry.In the face of such a remake phenomenon the phenomenon,The majority of the directors and scriptwriters change the story in infrastructure.The author thinks that the Psychological effect of audience spawned from the same theme of "screen" and "screen" across across the art form’s remake of heat.Combined with the face of the audience "film bundling" type remake works three psychological effect,Enrich the theory research of film and television drama remake each other phenomenon.Starting from the psychology of the audiences, then moving towards the definition and type of the remakes,following by the summary and suggestions on the subject matter.In this article,the writer pointed out that the phenomenon of origin of film and TV series remake of the cross art form and existence, and analyses its feasibility and motivation. Secondly, to release, broadcast movie and TV works are classified, and points out war theme, red classic, love theme, family ethics subject the hot topics in the remake of the strategy. Third, through the remake of the audience pointed out multi audience’s psychological processes and mental state. Fourth, to make a judgment of the future development of cross art form remake. It is pointed out that the creation of advantage and disadvantage of this kind of works, and tries to point out the remake of the creation of the re interpretation of the path. At last,the author gives several point for this phenomenon.
