Man Han Diao, as a unique folk art formed in Zhunger Banner of Erdos in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is a product of cultural integration of Mongolia and Han. Moving westward immigration plays an important role in the forming process of Man Han Diao. As a result, Man Han Diao possesses characteristics of being both lively and plain and local which respectively can be found in short tune Mongolia’s and Shanxi and Shaanxi’s folk songs. There are a variety of distinctive female images described in Man Han Diao. Some of them are youthful and vigorous, while some are shedding both laughers and tears on the road to pursuit love.This paper attempts to analyze the unique female images in the rhythm and lyrics of Man Han Diao and find out the deep reasons behind from historical and social point of view, trying to get a clue of history and national integration. Also, this paper aims to explore more valuable qualities of females besides being light-minded and vulgar because these females with inner self-respect are independent, outgoing and generous owing to the national integration. Therefore, Man Han Diao, especially images of female, should be paid more emphasis to investigate.
