Abstract/Summary:
The Confucianism during the period of Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties is another peak after the pre-Qin period in Chinese history, but the name (Song-Ming Neo-Confucianism) itself implies a position that is the negligence of the Neo-Confucianism in Yuan dynasty. The negligence is because of contempt or self-suggestion. This position lasts quite a long time, and the negligence of the Neo-Confucianism of Yuan dynasty makes us see the incomplete academic history, especially the Song-Yuan-Ming’s academic history. Only in the 20th century some scholars began to notice this field gradually, and made a tentative effort. The scope and scale of the academic history during Yuan dynasty is so huge that a person can’t finish at one time. This paper makes tentative efforts to make up academic history of Yuan dynasty.The Song dynasty Confucianism grew rapidly and produced many schools, Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism and the Xiangshan’s mind study were prominent. After Mongolia conquered the Song Dynasty, Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism became official school after tortuous development with the support of Yuan dynasty eventually in Huang-Qing two years (1313).Since then, the Zhu Zi’s theory became imperial examination pattern during six hundred years.This paper explores the development of the Zhu Zi’s at the beginning of Mongolia’s rule. The paper combs the context of the Zhu Zi’s development through the study of representatives-Xu Heng, Liu Yin, Wucheng-in early Yuan dynasty and their theory. The full text is composed of introduction, body and summary, the text has six chapters. The introduction introduces the writing motivation, origin, research methods and, the former research includes Chinese and foreign research achievements Zhu-zi during early Yuan dynasty. The paper collects the research achievements of this field as far as possible and makes a brief comment. The first chapter discusses the development of Neo-Confucianism in the Song dynasty and the characteristics of the Zhu Zi’s in the early Yuan, this chapter introduces the situation between the Song dynasty and Zhu Zi’s, this article thinks that Zhuzi’s is the master of the Neo-Confucianism. To define the research object in this paper, the research makes a comparison about the similarities and differences of Lu Zhu. Finally introduces the Zhu Zi’s characteristics of the early Yuan, this paper argues that in early Yuan the biggest characteristics of Zhu Zi’s is fusion of Zhu and Lu, and the scholars of Zhu absorbed Lu in different degrees. The second chapter discusses the ZhongZhou Confucian scholar of Yuan under the point of view, the article discusses from three parts, the first part, first describes the social situation of Liao and Jin, the second part discusses the new changes of Jin and Yuan recognition as concept, the third part discusses the ZhongZhou Confucian scholar of Yuan under the mentality and provenance selection. The Third chapter began Xu Heng Confucianism and Zhu Zi’s theory. First describes the life and theory of Xu Heng, then discusses the specific ideas, respectively from the theory of heaven, human nature theory, theory of Kung Fu. The fourth chapter discusses Liu Yin Neo-Confucianism and Zhu Zi’s theory, describes his life, and then discusses his Confucianism. Tis part describes the heaven thought, then his Guanwu thoughts. Guanwu thought is the biggest characteristic of Liu Yin’s Neo-Confucianism, so the author makes more interpretation and explanation. The fifth chapter discusses Wu Cheng neo-Confucianism and Zhu Zi’s theory, introduces his life and characteristics of thought, describes the Confucianism, explain Tai Chi theory and Li Qi theory, finally describes his Kung Fu theory. The sixth chapter discusses the theoretical contribution and influence of early Yuan upcoming zhu-zi’s, this article thinks that early Yuan upcoming Zhu-zi theoretical contribution in the process of land and Zhu part of mountain corrected to the spread of its successors, the major impact is opens the end of Ming dynasty. The seventh is a summary to comb the thoughts of the article and make a more brief explanation of the main line.
