Army men who function in social division of labour is a special group with a special occupation, who obviously differ from other occupational groups in job responsibilities and ethical standards, etc. The losing and wakening of soldiers’ sense with regards to their character results from an inappropriate cognition on the definition of rights and obligations and ethical expectations, which has been proved by the weakening sense of armymen’s role, the denting image, the undisciplined behaviours, and unbalanced attention to the rights and responsibilities. The reasons why this phenomenon occurs are multiple roles played by soldiers, undisciplined daily behaviours, a lack of ethical management, and the influence of the external environment in society. The solutions to enhance the army role’s ethical construction.
