The complement structure with "得" is unique to the Chinese, and always is a difficult point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. And "得" complement sentence is an important part of teaching complement, it’s structure types, and there are many variations. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, the word "得" complement other generalizes the ontology knowledge of, and then use the bias analysis method in teaching Chinese as a foreign language for students corpus collected in the errors analysis, find out the difficulties of international students in the acquisition of the grammatical structure and fallible, and analyzes the reasons of the errors provides some teaching suggestions.This paper includes four parts:the first part is the introduction, mainly introduced this paper, the research significance, research objects and corpus sources. The second part is the research review, the main research results of some researchers has carried on the simple introduction. Both knowledge ontology research, there are also some "得" the word sentence complement the research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This part also includes some "得" complement ontology knowledge of comb, in order to provide theoretical support for errors analysis part behind. Throughing the analysis of the corpus, concluded that the types of errors and their causes, and puts forward some teaching Suggestions. The fifth part is the conclusion, it about the full text summary and reflection on the some disadvantages of study.
