Towering pyramids still stand in the Nile River, glamorous Nefertiti still attracts the modern. We pay attention to these wonderful material remains easily, but ignore the rich spiritual world. The spiritual world of Ancient Egyptian ancestors are both simple and complex. It is said simply because their spiritual world only gods and goddesses.It is said complex because the number of ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses is so large. We only have the analysis of the spiritual world of the ancient Egyptians, to understand religion, in order to know the reason of existence of the material remains. With the solution of the small problems,the big problem are solved. After solving the above small problems, we will found the reasons of goddess worship,that is the psychological comfort of harsh environment, the emotional transformation of mysterious women, the deified race reproduction, the comprehensive motherhood of human, and the goddess worship has impact to the cognition of natural and social, with a deep understanding of reasons,and influence, the implication of ancient Egyptian goddess worship has found is that reflect the original evolution of family, the binary theory of the Egyptian religion, the means of monarchy. After completing the reasons, influence and implication of the worship of ancient Egyptian goddess, we will find the statue of worship of ancient Egyptian goddess,which after the worship of nature and ghost, and before Pharaoh.The third part is the concluding part of this article, to abstract and refine the whole article.
