Industrialization is difficult to project and want to development, it’s necessary to develop correct and industrialization path, to pave the way for it. The art industry is still in the primary stage, industrialization level is still low, the industrial structure is not perfect, the overall level of development lag. To this end, the paper on the basis of theories, present situation and development of industrialization were analyzed, and find it problems.From four aspects respectively to put forward some effective suggestions. Secondly, increase the amount can through the increased amount of their songs, and the increased amount literature, film and television works creation these two aspects to improve the quality and quantity of the folk songs. Thirdly, the folk art of Shaanxi industrial structure adjustment, increase of product value, the enlargement of the consumer market analysis of the three aspects. Finally, the development of industrialization can’t do without the guidance and support of the government, through the reasonable adjustment of related policies and capital investment to promote the rapid it.Through the analysis of the above four aspects for the government to formulate policies and provide theoretical reference, timely adjustment industrialization way, improve the industrial structure, promote the development of industrialization.
