In the language learning of "Listen," "speak" "read", "write", and "listen" is in prime position. In the everyday life, "understand" is the premise and foundation of communication, only the first understand each other’s language, to speak or express their own sense of words and language, so listening teaching in a critical position in Teaching Chinese of Foreign Language(TCFL). Teachers and students have to face many difficulties and challenges in teaching of Chinese Listening. In the primary listening teaching, students just to know Chinese and not yet know the system of Chinese Language, especially the Korean students easily used the Korean grammar in the thinking habits of learning Chinese and appear the phenomenon of "Negative Transfer of Mother Language ". The study also appear the situation of not know what to listen, how to listen, the long period of time will not only affect the enthusiasm of students learning Chinese, but also to combat students’ self-confidence.The thesis is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the research ideas and methods, an overview of the topic origin and research value, and from the domestic and overseas research status were elaborated Foreign Teaching Chinese. The second part, introduced the basic situation of the students from the three parts of Chinese level, learning the characteristics of students and features, and then introduces the situation from the teaching situation, teaching objectives and describes. The third part introduces the theoretical basis of scaffolding pedagogy, teaching and learning common type of stent, and then outlines the nature of the hearing lesson, build listening comprehension and general cognitive process hearing cognitive model. Finally, explore the bracket teaching courses in theory and listening teaching model in combination. The fourth part according to the last and select a class as the example of the theory of exploration results. The fifth part instructional design according to a detailed analysis of Part IV of combining theory and practice, found some problems, and proposed solutions to these problems policy. The sixth part is the conclusion.
