Rococo Style originated in France in the first half of 18 th Century. It is a product of both French Palace culture and the elite life in Paris, which is generally characterized by rituality,hedonic, and decorative. French keyboard music can be regarded as the representative to rococo style. Through analyzing music language, rococo style music has characteristics such as: light and elegant style, fully ornamented melody, clear texture and simple structure. As in the period of late Baroque period and the pre-classical period, Rococo Music had a unique influence on the contemporaneous European music. Having different degrees of contact between Rococo and the gallant style and empfindsamer stil, it shows obviously distinctions due to the region, the humanities environment and the aesthetics. Mainly serving for the nobility, with the rise of the middle class, rococo music faded its decorations and retained the elegant smart taste and turned into the gallant style. Then it combined the traditional culture of Germany. The music become more emotional, dramatic and balanced. With the arrival of the era of Vienna classicism,temperament and creation of the rococo Music still had a certain degree of remains, but has been gradually eliminated.
