Research On The Protection Of Lujiang Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage is a precious asset of human ancestors.It dissolved into our blood, engraved in the memories, and constitute the colorful world with material cultural heritage of humanity. It has great influence on building harmonious society, promoting social development and the progress of human civilization that we protect and use our intangible cultural heritage reasonable. But the protection of intangible cultural heritage is facing many problems with the economic globalization and the integration of the development trend. Many of the best non-material cultural heritage are being forgotten and disappeared, human society become more and more convergence, so we must pay attention to the intangible cultural heritage in our colorful life.With the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Lujiang county as an example and start from the theory of non-material cultural heritage protection, this paper introduces the Lujiang County intangible cultural heritage and gives some suggestions about the protection work at present.This paper takes the intangible cultural heritage of Lujiang County as the object of study, from the theory of intangible cultural heritage protection to introduces the intangible cultural heritage of Lujiang County, and puts forward the protection suggestions for the protection work.The former introduction includes four parts in order to pave a better way for writing:the reason of the selection of the topic, the significance of the topic, the research background and research methods.The first chapter start from three aspects of the intangible cultural heritage: definition,features,and protection principles.As an independent study,Intangible cultural heritage is very young.We can see the academic circles’understanding about it through UNESCO documents, laws and discussion of academic works. Although the research started late, it already go much further. Based on the comprehensive of academic researches and the actual situation of intangible cultural heritage in Lujiang county,I think the intangible cultural heritage has five features:the invisible of the methods of inheritance,the initiative of the subjects of inheritance,the change of morphology, the unique cultural connotation, the spatial distribution of national geographic.At the same time, I advocate for the protection of intangible cultural heritage must adhere to the law, integrity protection, sustainable protection, conservation and production-led government,the principle of social participation.The second chapter of the intangible cultural heritage into the Lujiang county entities discussion section. As an administrative region for thousands years, Lujiang County is commendable by its long history and rich resources. Lujiang County intangible cultural heritage as a valuable resource of Lujiang County, after the county’s large census basically get a preliminary understanding of the whole.According to the intangible cultural heritage survey data, I made a list of Lujiang County’s 189 items of intangible cultural heritage, and decimation of one of the most distinctive Lujiang folk literature, traditional art, traditional music, traditional dance and traditional skills discussed in detail by analyzing summary, Lujiang County recognizes the intangible cultural heritage of historical and cultural, aesthetic, educational and economic value.The third chapter, based on my internship at the base of understanding and investigation, summarized in Lujiang county intangible cultural heritage protection work, achievements, and pointed out the problems and difficulties faced exist. Lujiang county in institutional settings, heritage and cultural resource development declare census done a lot of work, a non-material cultural heritage protection work contributed resources. However, they also exist some problems, both with regard to the lack of people’s own government, lack of money, lack of skills. There are a variety of constraints from the intangible cultural heritage development and worry. Therefore, in the next chapter four, combined with the problems of the protection of intangible cultural heritage of Lujiang County, I promote four suggestions:promote the construction of the system, increase the input of funds, pay attention to talent of intangible cultural heritage, strengthen the propaganda of the intangible cultural heritage.
