In this paper, because of the period of Mongolia and Yuan as a research object, including the research of the word "Huihui"、the two clarifies businessmen and a series of problems of the special "Huihui businessmen", that is to say Ortaq businessmen in the period of Mongolia and Yuan dynasty.The full text were divided into three chapters. In the first section, as well as a research object about the origin and revolution of the word "Huihui" and the relationship between "Huihui" and "Sart’aul". In the based on make full use of historical materials and predecessors’research achievement, utilize the method of the textology about the reason the word "Huihui" stands for Western Xia in the "Meng Xi Bi Tan" and put forward a new perspective about the error of the West of the events recorded in the "Hei Da Shi Lve". In the second chapter, Chinese southern coast "Foreign businessmen"for commercial trade around in the Tang and Song dynasties, and in the Mongolia period as the Mongolian aristocrats east and businessman and the two businessmen for research, the use of the chapter on the basis of predecessors’ research achievement and its historical data on the arrival of the two types of merchants for the paper, and from the Angle of trade control for businessmen to study the relationship between the two merchants.
