In this paper, the main research purpose is:according to research by the information, inductive, classify, summary the text information of the resume and turn it into graphics for improving your resume legibility and memories. Through the study of several disciplines resume information, make a resume what can easy to convey the information to the corporate recruiters and let corporate recruiters’effective access job seekers information in a short time and increase the desire to understand the job seekers information, for improving the success rate of employment.In the light of the importance for the resume, based on graphic design and combined with the visual aspects of physiology, psychology and design, etc., this topic mainly focus on how graphic design information to enhance the employer’s easy memory and legibility. First of all, the delineation of the concept and standard was detailed, as the subject of theoretical support. Secondly, this paper carries on massive practice investigations and analysis of the resume, focusing on the psychological state and reading behavior of the corporate recruiters through the resume screening process. Based on this research, the theory that resume design and production should be divided according to discipline has been proposed. Meanwhile, content of resume should be graphically designed in accordance with the discipline. Finally, in the analysis of the characteristics of various disciplines, resume forms and various combinations of changes are introduced and discussed. In order to reduce "a simple multi-purpose" phenomenon of resume, this paper summarizes the design forms:namely Assembly Method. According to how the graphical forms behave in a resume,4 kinds of design methods are summarized:respectively the label method, data analysis method, sequential method, block method. These four methods need to choose according to the specific requirement of different disciplines and job characteristics of jobs.In a word, with the coming of reading the picture, the form of the resume is changing and the combination of graphics and text easier and more concise convey information.
