A Comparative Analysis Between Chiinese “guo”and Thai “????,????,???,???”

“guo” of Chinese and“????, ????, ???, ???”of Thai have the same of similar characteristics in the semantics and syntax, meanwhile, there are also some differences between them. Chapter Semantics mainly analyzed the similarities and differences of the five words in semantic characteristics and meanings.Chapter Syntax mainly discussed the similarities and the differences by three aspects, including the parts of speech, words used as ingredients 、 the rule that one word can co-occurrence with other words in a sentence. The author revealed the similarities and differences of them by comparing and analyzing these two groups of words, it would help the Thai people who are learning Chinese comprehend the meaning and usage of “guo” of Chinese as well, so they can use these words better. Finally, their Chinese language proficiency will be improved. Moreover, the study also can play a role in promoting Chinese people to learn “????, ????, ???, ???”of Thai.
