Objectives Explore college students’ attentional bias on ethic behaviour cyber words and further discuss the effects of emotions to their attentional bias.Methods(1) Based on internet altruistic behavior scale and network anomie behavior scale for college students and by means of semantic evaluation and word categories evaluation, respectively picked out 32 words expressing college students’ internet altruistic behavior and network anomie behavior as formal experimental material. Besides, there are another 20 neutral words which have nothing to do with internet behavior are picked out, serving as practical experimental material. Base on Chinese affective video system and evaluated by college students, the author respectively picked out 2 video clips as emotion eliciting material which can elicit emotions of happiness or anger.(2) Adopting masked version of the dot probe task and using 2(gender:male and female) ×2(consistency condition: consistent and inconsistent) mixed experimental design, this paper explores college students’ attentional bias on both kinds of ethic behaviour cyber words.(3) Eliciting emotions by video clips, adopting masked version of the dot probe task combined with ERP technology and using 2(emotional) ×2(consistency condition) mixed experimental design, this paper explores attentional bias of college students with different emotional to ethic behaviour cyber words and the brain mechanism.Results(1)Neither of the correct rate or reaction time of college student s’ internet altruistic behavior and network anomie behavior words are non-signi ficant(p>0.05); the correct rate and reaction time of college students of differen t genders to both kinds of the words are neither significant(p>0.05).(2)The re action time of positive emotional state group in inconsistent consistency conditi on is significantly faster than that in consistent consistency condition(p<0.01). T he reaction time of negative emotional state group in consistent consistency con dition is significantly faster than that in inconsistent consistency condition(p<0.05).(3)The latent period of N1 and P1 in negative emotional state group is sig nificantly earlier than that in positive emotional state group(p<0.05).Conclusions(1)Without emotional prming, college students shows no si gnificant attentional bias towards ethic behavior cyber words.(2)In the situatio n of emotional priming, college students with positive emotional state show att entional bias towards internet altruistic behavior words, while those with negati ve emotional state show attentional bia towards network anomie behaviors wor ds. Mood-congruency effect is showed to a certain degree.(3)Compared to thepositive emotions, negative emotions can significantly reduce the evaluation ti me of college students to network moral behavior words.(4) Emotional state s hows a significant effect on the attentional bias of college students towards eth ic behaviour cyber words.
