Since industrial society, science and technology has brought a lot of benefits tohuman being while it also has led to the global ecological crisis. Environmentalpollution and ecological destruction emerged in endlessly which has threated to thesurvival of human seriously. Ecological crisis was inevitable result of the conflict andcontradiction that became more and more drastic between human and nature. So tore-survey the relationship between human and nature and seek to reasonable shelterand moral concern that came from human for natural became the fundamentaltheoretical appeal to completely solve ecological crisis. However traditional ethicsthat researched interpersonal moral relationship was helpless during the seeking.People urgently needed a new kind of ethics that could structure a kind of moralrelationship between human and nature. Environmental Ethics has generated as thetimes require.Developing more than a century since it originated from the19th century, theEnvironmental Ethics has formed a variety of theories. Generally speaking, thesetheories could be divided into two different theoretical models, the anthropocentrismand non-anthropocentrism. Unfortunately, they were ex-parte and narrowEnvironmental Ethics, which both had drawbacks unable to overcome. They havedisputed form the beginning of the generation, which made the Environmental Ethicsinto embarrassment of dilemma. The reason why this happened was that theirontology construction based on subject-object dichotomy theory. Therefore, the moralrevolution needed by Environmental Ethics was an ontological revolution. In view ofthis, under the premise of criticizing rationalistic ontology and perceptual ontology, this paper has developed Maximum Information Entropy Principle(MIEP) toMaximum Flux Principle(MFP) through a different understanding of constraintcondition of MIEP and creatively put forward information really——Iahc network, which was monistical informationalism or computationalism ontology based on theMFP, and consequently built a theoretical framework of information ontology.According to the information ontology, everything in the world was oscillatory patternof Iahc network with appeared and hidden dimensionality and “Maximumflow”(MFP)was just the most basic rule for everything to emerge in Iahc network. This not only revealed the essence of information from the significance of ontology, also deduced dynamic mechanism that Iahc network created everything and howeverything evolved, which was Kis equation that could provide a unified descriptionfor the world. Information ontology has provided a new worldview, values andmethodology, and based on it, we could reconstruct a new theoretical model forEnvironmental Ethic——the harmonious ecological ethics. The results of applyingthe harmonious ecological ethics in cases such as Genetically Modified Foods,Sustainable Development and Environmental Justice, has showed the harmoniousecological ethics had a strong theoretical guiding significance in practice.
