Beau champ’s four principles of biomedical ethics is a representative approach in contemporary applied ethics. Because of its simple connotation and convenient operation, principles are widely used in modern medical practice and other areas of society. But since the principlism was proposed, it has been criticized in the academic circles. Several questions were raised about the principle approach which combined many different even competing theories into four principles and resulted in the moral dilemmas in medical practice. For example, Gert and Clouser questioned that the principles were not systematically related and the theoretically disconnection led to the practically misleading. Beauchamp Responses that principles are necessary to resolve the practical dilemmas and actually they don’t need to be systematically related. But Beauchamp has not found the way to resolve the practical problems of principlism. At the same time other school of applied ethics experts also puts forward many questions.In order to solve these problems, this paper believes that a solution principles dilemma lies in solving the predicament of principles in practice, The article tries to pass pair of principles and principles of the plight of the emergence, principles and principles of predicament dilemma debate focus essence of comparative analysis, draw a may solve the principles of practical way. Through the investigation of present " ethics consultations community" the expected resolution principles dilemma path model, combining the related case analysis on the principles of practical extension prospects, according to the principles of China’s national conditions combined to make analysis.
