The Investigation Based On The Students Motivation And Attitudes Of Chinese For Tourism

Chinese for Tourism as a special-purpose Chinese course, it hassome characteristics: technicality in content,application communication,cultural penetration, and integrated diversity. However, at present thereare still a variety of problems in Chinese for tourism teaching, such asimproper selection of teaching content, uneven skill training, incorrectexplanation in cultural phrase, overlooking the principle of centering onthe students, etc. These problems are adverse to retaining students’motivation and have a negative impact on students’ learning attitudeswhich ultimately affect the teaching efficiency. Therefore, I decided toinvestigate the students’ learning motivation and attitude of tourismChinese, combining with some strategies to inspire students’ learningmotivation and to improve learning attitudes of Chinese for tourism.This thesis consists of four chapters: The first chapter introduces thebackground; the second chapter introduces the characteristics of Chinesefor tourism, the problems which impact of students’ motivation andattitudes toward to the Chinese for tourism; Chapter three analysis thestudents’motivation and attitudes to Chinese for tourism; The fourthchapter is the suggestions, which gives out the suggestions on perferablycarring through Chinese for tourism by combining the results analysis ofstudents’motivitions and attitudes.
