Abstract:With the rapid development of the city in twenty-first Century, the great change is happening in the city Environment.The Visualization of City Environmental Management has become an inevitable trend in solving the problem of environmental management in the space structure is too complex, spatial density is too large, space order is too confusing.This visual management mode has gradually developed in the information era interpret the images under the impact.It has the advantages to improve the environmental function convenience, visual specification and humane care and so on. It also has made up for the deficiency of the traditional environmental management mode.On the one hand,the purpose of studying City Environment Visual Management is to complete the national issues;on the other hand,it is to establish a visual environment management standard system structure, complete the exploration and practice of environmental management visualization. This study completed the definition to City Environment Visual Management and the summarry to City Environment Visual Management Concept.It also established the system structure of City Environment Visual Management, including the public environment, traffic environment and business environment. And it completed a visual corresponding management standard.The research in the introduction elaborated the development needs that it need Visual Management to improve the City Environment Visual Management Level,to optimize the City Living Environment,To enhance the overall competitiveness of the city. The introduction also do the analysis and summary to the foreign research present situation of Environment visual management.It has a viewpoint that the visual process of Environmental Management need three stages,which including the visualization of environment form,environmental order and environmental information. This part considers that the first symbol of the emergence of visual management is the "visual information chart" concept,which put forward by Richard Ullman in1976.He think the design of Visual Information Chard is a way to structural information structure,and then he began the esploration to the visualation of environmental information.The second chapter describes the concept, visual elements and means of Environment Visual Management. It mainly thought that City Environment Visual Management is a kind of indirect constraint management,the process of creating a standardized visual environment.lt mainly through the specific icon, labels and other visual forms of media to complete the transfer of environmental management information.The visual environment consists of four large perceptual elements, including environment form,environment color,environmental indicators and environmental media.As an important material basis for shaping the visual environment,these four factors influence each other and none is indispensable.The style of Environment Visual management includes the overall management, regional management, line management and node management.The third chapter descirbes the idea of Environment Visual Management, and thinks that City Environment Visual Management are different from the previous environmental management mode, which is a flexible management style used to meet people’s demands to environment functional, visual specification and humanistic care. According to the concept of Ecological Marxism, Humanism and Contextualism,this chapter perfected the shortcomings and defects of environmental management.As the core of the entire visual management research part, the fourth chapter establish a unified and standardized visual management system.This chapter summaried the logical relationship between elements of system management on the whole,and plays an important role in the whole environment of visual management practice.According to the function and property of environment, City Environmental Visual Management System is divided into Public Environment Visual Management, Traffic Environment Visual Management and Corporate Environmental Visual Management,and it establish the corresponding visual specification, realize the practice of management visualization.The main purpose of public environment visual management is to satisfy the people’s demand to the public environment of the spiritual and emotional attribution; according to the airtight of traffic space,Traffic Environment Visual Management realize the visual management based on two aspects of the traffic inside and outside environment, its main purpose is to better guarantee the traffic environment safety, to minimize traffic accidents, to maintain the normal operation of traffic order.As a part of the national project "City Visual management",City Environment Visual management, City image visual management, City Public Service Visual Management constitute three integral parts of City Visual Management System. The Three part there is a certain relationship, but which is different from each other.They are the same as the core of City Visual Management, While are indispensable.
