The ritual and music of culture education, it was occupies an important position and make a hugeinfluence on history of vocal education since Pre-Qin dynasty, according to ritual research and music ofculture,there are many scholars to analyze the ritual and music of culture based on "Yue Ji",which is acollection of Chinese Confucianism about music theory,and it already had two thousand years history, Thethought of “Yue Ji” in our country not only had a profound effect, even in today’s society, the understandingof music aesthetic education function always play an important role in enlightening, for now we build aharmonious society provides a reliable theoretical basis of history. But, unfortunately, the music educationin the history of the pre-qin gradually be lost, this is a terrible loss to the Chinese musical history.Therefore,this article,which is from the perspective of the "Yue Ji", supported by the content of “YueJi”,and try to dig out the Pre-Qin music education on the part of records, and compared with the currentmusic education from the ideological, function and characteristics of music education from pre Qinanalyzed and described,besides this article will analyze "Yue Ji " theory’s advantages and disadvantages,and find out the problems in the present music education.Finally,tell the inspire which we could get toimproving the contemporary music education development. The writer believe that today’s music educationwould improve the music education in school education; so the society should pay more attention to theaesthetic education of music;"no child left behind" education idea should be wildly used in musiceducation; Treat the students differently according to their aptitude and complement. Because of thecomplicated social environment,the teachers should be a powerful leader to guide the student to choose theright music, and develop positive music appreciation in mind,teachers must make no socialdistinctions in teaching,everyone is equal based on this theory,teachers should pay more attention to"people", it is a key factor of music education. Music not an independent course, it should be linked withother course to open up student’s horizons. In the trend of globalization environment,keeping local cultureis very important for music culture education, because the nation is the world’s.
