In the twentieth century, the social structure and the mentality of the people with great changes havetaken in china. The popular culture rapidly spread in China. The phenomenon of popular culture not onlyshow the new trends in the twenty-first century with the development of culture and the new features, at thesame time, many changes made between various pop culture phenomenon closely related with thegovernment together with the economy.It become an significant symbol of sth. social change.Since the twentieth Century80,90time,the popular culture begin to appear in the Chinese culture stage.TV,Internet,mobile phone,outdoor advertising media,broadcasting and other media,among them,theimportant contents are the various forms of the popular culture.Consider on the popular culture phenomenon of the contemporary Chinese,not the theory issignificant,because it help to seize the essence of things and grasp the direction of the research,but also theobservation and experience to the contemporary Chinese specific of the phenomenons are alsosignificant.In this article,the author discusses several important forms of the popular culture,not onlystudies from the aspects of the culture,but also explains from the dominant position,the popular culturedeveloping trends and how optimize it etc.At the same time,the popular culture has an obviouscharacteristic of times,Therefore,the author try to select the materials and datas in the paper to illustrateit.So comprehensive and integrated to explain the contemporary China of the popular culturephenomenon,to clear the characteristics and essence of popular culture.Therefore,in these thesis not only intheoretical research,but also in empirical research,they all have high academic value and application value.Since the establishment of the new China,the study to the culture in China began in twentieth Century80’s,but not really related to the popular culture.Because the popular culture is one of the cultures to the consumption for the majority of the members of the late industrial society,relate to the level ofurbanization,the Sustained economic development and the number of the middle class and other socialnorms.In recent years,our country city changes a process to accelerate,sustained economic develop,increaseof the number of middle class,especially to the urban and rural residents,television has become dailynecessities,therefore,the study of the popular culture has put on the agenda of our life.This artile reflects thenew trends of the development,so it is significant in the theory.On the application value,this article has important reference significance for the creative culturalindustries.A prominent feature of the modern society is that the service industry gradually replace therequests of the resources and processing resources to the nature of the industry,that is the third Industrial’sscale is developing in the socitey.Among them,the proportion of cultural industries to create benefits in thethird industry increas gradually,cultural products have become an increasing popular daily consumergoods.The traditional working mode is gradually being eliminated by the developed technology in thesocial,at the same time,the people’s leisure time increase.The thesis presents many useful cultural elements of the cultural products,successful cases in themarket,which provides empirical research basis and data for the emerging cultural and creative industries inchina.
