Reflections On A Number Of Chinese Cultural Phenomena

A number of Chinese cultrual phenomena have become heated debate topics in the network media recently and some of the findings have already appeared in the newspapers. However, the majority of these findings come up in the form of social appraises and thoughtful essays but lack of insightful and comprehensive research. Thus, It has become a current theoretical issue for us to reflect on some of the Chinese cultural phenomena from the perspectives of cultural and philosophy.Centering on "Reflections on Chinese Cultural Phenomena" this essay is divided into three components.Part one is mainly about a number of Chinese Phenomena in itself and in order to avoid the restrictions of prejudice, the essay is trying to restore things themselves first. And then this essay expounds on Chinese Phenomena in a systematic way and talks about their basic connotation and process of evolution. Besides, it takes some typical Chinese cultural phenomena as examples, such as basic necessities of life, weddings and funerals and so on. Based on these examples, this essay goes on exploring and analysing the causes of the phenomena.Part two mainly talks about cultural perspectives of Chinese Phenomena and the essay is trying to illuminate that Chinese Phenomena are actually cultural issues and a kind of representation of unhealthy cultural and bad habits. Regarding their cultural causes, a number of Chinese Phenomena actually come from fast social transformation and cultural anomie. If we look at these phenomena from deeper cultural perspectives, we will see that they are actually a personal issue of a process of modernization.Part three mainly deals with the cultural solutions to Chinese Phenomena and this essay is trying to provide a solution and way to the cultural predicament from the perspectives of cultural and philosophy. In theory, this essay clearly explains that only under the leadership of socialist dominant values and the reconstruction of our socialism and cultural atmosphere in the cultural diversity and only when we are able to break through all the restrictions which are deeply rooted in our traditional life, can we effectively prevent cultural anomie, promote human quality and inject positive energy into our Chinese cultural phenomena.
