| Objective:Sharing behavior among children appeared earlier in a p ro-social behavior is an important aspect of children’s social developme nt.Empathy is to communicate important social emotional factors betwe en self and others. Empathy training is not only to promote children1earn to stand on another point of view the problem and improve the a bility to understand others, but also to promote the development of chil dren sharing pro-social behavior, thus contributing to children’s socializ ation,promoting the healthy development of children’s personality. Firs t grade is a critical period for children sharing the development of pro-social behavior.In previous studies,the research about empathy training on sharing behavior of children for the past about the first grade (7years old) is less, we need to further complement empirical research.Methods:In this study, the experimental method, first grade pupils from a randomly selected80students, were tested as intervention grou p and control group for intervention research, trying to conduct sharing behavior of first grade pupils through four weeks of series of empathy training, comparing the difference between intervention group and cont rol group on sharing behavior at different levels,studying the effect of empathy training on sharing behavior of first grade pupils.Results:Before and after empathy training, differences of sharing b ehavior in the various levels, is significant in the intervention group o f first grade pupils. Sharing behavior of all levels increased significantl y (P=0.003, P<0.05). Description, empathy training can effectively pr omote the development of sharing behavior of first grade pupils in the intervention group Before and after the regular education, differences between the va rious levels of sharing behavior in control group was not significant (P0.977, P>0.05). Description, general education does not promote th e development of sharing behavior of first grade pupils in the control g roupSharing behavior of each level between the intervention group acce pting empathy training and the control group (tested is homogeneous with intervention group)accepting conventional education is significant (P=0.006, P<0.05).Description, compared with conventional education, the effect of empathy training on sharing behavior for first grade pupil s is remarkable.After empathy training,in different gender, differences of levels o f sharing behavior in intervention group, was not significant (P=0.833,P>0.05). Description, the effect of empathy training for first grade pupils of different genders,in the intervention group is not significant that empathy training on sharing behavior for first grade pupils of diff erent genders is not associatedConclusion:The short-term effect on the culture of sharing behavio r through empathy training for first grade pupils is significant; empathy training on the sharing behavior for the first grade of primary school students to share,does not exist gender differences. |
