The research of Shi Ji in Ming dynasty attached importance to comments but did not take notice of sentences and phrases. The commentary edition of Shi Ji writted by Chen Renxi took notice of sentences and phrases,so its sentences and phrases is better than other editions produced in Ming dynasty. Shi Ji of Chen Renxi edition still has no roundly research.The author compared Chen Renxi’s with Zhong Hua’s Shi Ji, combined with Shao Xing edition,Peng edition,Ling edition,Mao edition,Ming Bei Jian edition,Dian edition,Bai Na edition,Cuo E edition,Hui Zhu edition,and revised some errors in Zhong Hua’s Shi Ji.The author compared Chen Renxi’s with Zhong Hua’s Shi Ji, listing more than one hundred differences in this paper,hoping to offer convenience in studying Shi Ji.
