Subjective well-being is a hot topic of today. Subjective Well-being of professionalfemales also has been paid more and more attention. This paper is qualitative research. Theresearcher interviewed19professional females in Suzhou SIP and got the current situationand the influencing factors of their subjective well-being. It provided the richer research ofsubjective well-being of professional females in Suzhou area.The paper has five parts: The first part raised the questions and the meaning of thisresearch, and then introduced the concepts and research about the subjective well-being.The second part described the study design. The third part is the in-depth analysis of dataand the results of the study which including the current situation, the influencing factorsand the factors model of subjective well-being of professional females in Suzhou SIP. Thefourth part is the discussion and the suggestions. The fifth part is the inadequacies and theprospect of this research.This study analyzed the collecting materials of19professional females in Suzhou SIPthrough grounded theory and coding by QSR Nvivo7.0analysis software. It obtainedabundant and vivid materials by the LIM (lifeline interview). The results show that:1.Thelevel of subjective well-being of professional females in Suzhou SIP is high.2. The twofactors, original family atmosphere and experience of the growth and progress, have awidespread influence on the subjective well-being of professional females in Suzhou SIP.3. The factor of experience of target and value has an appreciable impact on the subjectivewell-being of professional females in Suzhou SIP.This study provides the theoretical framework in the influencing factors of subjectivewell-being of professional females in Suzhou SIP, and also provides references in practice.
