Research On The System Of Leaving Office Of Oianlong Period

With political stability and continuous development of society,the system of leaving office of Qianlong period develops more perfect on the basis of the previous generation. Researching the system of leaving office can be very significant for the study of the Qing Dynasty Officials. To researh the actual execution of this system we need a mass of first-hand information. Zouzhe is a kind of uplink documents in Qing Dynasty. It is a kind of original literature which contains lots of historieal materials.This article attempts to start from the material on officials’leaving office in <Gong Zhong Dang Qian Long Chao Zou Zhe> and<Qian Long Chao Jun Ji Chu Lu Fu Zou Zhe>,analyzes the concrete execution to the system of leaving office in Qianlong period.This paper is divided into three parts:The first chapter provides an overview of the documents about leaving office in Qianlong period,and enumerated the related materials about leaving office in Zouzhe.Chapters Ⅱ and Ⅲ analyze the reasons and process of leaving office,and the officials’ situation after they leave office,by comparing some related materials in Zouzhe with the institutional provisions.The last chapter summarizes the characteristics of the system of Leaving office in Qianlong period, and thus analyzes its positive significance and the limitations in the process of implementation.
