Culture is a nation and a country’s collective memories and the formation of national responsibility. Itis also a big atmosphere to cultivate the spiritual pillar of national self-reliance and national pride which isthe tempered firm foundation. For a nation, its degree of accumulation and the level of development andcultural prosperity have a close relationship. Advanced culture is always consistent with the overallnational temperament, and the fundamental interests of the people. This also reflects the degree ofdevelopment of society and keeps up the trend of civilization and progress, which is the soft power of acountry showing an important indicator of overall national strength. People continue to explore and pursue,and gradually realize the importance of culture for a nation and country. Only one country attaches greatimportance to the construction and development of advanced culture, in order to improve the overallquality of the people and the degree of social civilization fundamentally. It also provides a powerfulspiritual motivation and intellectual support for the comprehensive economic and social development.
