From the arbitrariness to iconicity of the linguistic sign, which is a revolutionary linguistic studies. This revolution was accompanied by the rise of cognitive linguistics. Over the years, the study of phonetic iconicity has already a lot of excellent achievements, mainly in the demonstrative pronoun and monosyllabic speech antonyms and so on. Personal pronouns in the linguistic system occupies an important position, but the research is still in the blank stage. This paper is the first time to exploratory study on the phonetic iconicity of the personal pronoun. It improves the theoretical architecture of the phonetic iconicity, and has pioneering significance.This paper considers the relationship between the sounds of personal pronouns is demonstrable instead of arbitrary. In the course of the study, we use the typology framework, based on the facts of Chinese dialects, compare the cross-dialect, and explore the common phonetic of personal pronouns. In this paper, we use statistical methods to compare the cross-language materials. We divide the phonetic into consonants, high-low vowels, front-end vowels, intonation, find the similarities and differences of their parts, which can be more rigorous, detailed to identify its own rules.The result shows that the sound of personal pronouns, especially the first personal pronoun, the second personal pronoun and the third personal pronoun, are related to the vowels. The sound of the second personal pronoun is lower than the first personal pronoun and the third personal pronoun. The first personal pronoun is lower than the third personal pronoun.
