Learning is not only an important part of Pedagogy and Psychology, but also thecore of school education. As the test of how much the knowledge and the skills thestudents mastered,the learning effect of student is also a direct reflection of the qualityof education and teaching. Learning is a complex process, which affected by theindividual personality, family, school and so on. As Junior high school students are inthe golden period of learning,it is a hot issue of common concern to the scholarswhich come from Chinese and foreign that how to make Junior high school students’stime and energy more effectively into valuable learning activities. In order to revealthe combination effect of the students and the family on the learning,this studyselected Time management disposition and Parent involvement to research that thecombination relationship between Time management disposition,Parent involvementand Academic achievement among junior high school students.This study used a questionnaire survey method to investigate925junior highschool students from the Tonghua City, Cangzhou City and Anqing City to explore therelationship among the Time management disposition, Parent involvement and theAcademic achievement.The conclusion as follows:1.On the whole, the scores of the Junior high school students’Time managementdisposition were above average; There was significant in Time managementdisposition on the singleton variable and segional variables.2.The level of mother involvement is above average;. The level of fatherinvolvement is below average;On gender variable, significant differences existed inmother emotional involvement, father intelligence involvement and behaviormanagement involvement; On grade variable, significant differences existed inmother intelligence involvement,mother involvement and father intelligenceinvolvement and father involvement; On the singleton variable, significant differencesexisted in mother emotional involvement,mother intelligence involvement and motherinvolvement, father emotional involvement,father behavior management involvement;Significant differences existed in parent involvement on the segional variables.3.There was significant positive correlated between the Time managementdisposition and Academic achievement; Significant correlated existed between Parentinvolvement and Academic achievement;There was significant positive correlated between the Time management disposition and Parent involvement.4.Time management disposition plays a partial intermediary role between parentinvolvement and Academic achievement.
